Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Mouse Affinity Purified IP IH FC
Catalog #H6098-68F
HLA-E belongs to the MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ib; nonclassical) and it is expressed on many types of the human cells. The published results revealed that the antibody cross-reacts with some classical MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ia) HLA-B7 (strongly), HLA-B8 (moderately), HLA-B27, -B44 (weakly).
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionsImmunohistochemistry (FFPE): 10ug/ml. Validated for use on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with H6098-68F, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
