DP monomorphic antigen is expressed on hematopoietic progenitors, B lymphocytes, monocytes/ macrophages, dendritic cells, langerhans cells, activated T cells, some endothelial and epithelial cells, but not on resting T lymphocytes, erythrocytes and platelets. HLA-DP antigen is also expressed at high levels on B lymphocyte leukemic cells and cells of CML-LBC, at moderate levels on the cells of AML-M1/M2, M4 and M5, but not or little on the cells of AML-M3 and CML. This antibody might be used as valuable reagent in diagnosis and classification of leukemias.

Applications	Suitable for use in indirect immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Flow Cytometry: 0.06ug/1x10e6 cells or 100ul peripheral blood.
	Immunohistochemistry: Acetone-fixed frozen sections and formalin-fixed paraffin sections.
	Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
