Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Specificity	Reacts with a monomorphic determinant of human class II HLA DQ molecules. Distribution studies on cell lines suggest that SPV-L3 is directed against DQ antigens. This antibody was shown to strongly block cytotoxicity activity of T4-positive cytotoxic T cell clones. Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in functional assays. Species Crossreactivity: Porcine.
