Comparing with HLA-DR and HLA-DP, the distribution of HLA-DQ antigen is much limited. The appearance of HLA-DQ antigen is later than the appearance of HLA-DR and –DP antigens. HLA-DQ antigen is expressed on B lymphocytes in peripheral blood, weakly on some monocytes and activated T cells, but not on hematopoietic progenitors, resting T lymphocytes, erythrocytes and platelets.

Applications	Suitable for use in Indirect Immunofluorescence and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions	Flow Cytometry: Use 20ul/10e6 cells or 100ul peripheral blood cells.

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 6 months at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
