Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Mouse Affinity Purified IP IH FC
Porcine SLA-II molecules are expressed on all B cells, on antigen presenting cells and on certain subsets of resting and activated T cells. This clone reacts with lymphocytes from all outbred and miniature pigs so far tested, suggesting that it recognises a monomorphic determinant of porcine SLA-II DR.
Catalog #H6099-95Z
H6099-95Z immunoprecipitates a heterodimer composed of two polypeptides of 28 and 35kD from NP-40 extracts of biotin surface-labeled porcine peripheral blood mononuclear cells. This clone is reported to inhibit the mixed lymphocyte reaction and T cell stimulation induced by African swine fever virus and staphylococcal enterotoxin B (1).
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen), and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionFlow Cytometry: 1:10; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
