he major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a cluster of genes that are important in the immune response to infections. In humans, this complex is referred to as the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) region. There are 3 major MHC class II proteins encoded by the HLA which are HLA DP, HLA DQ and HLA DR.

Recommended DilutionsFlow Cytometry: Neat. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood.

Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at 4ºC. Stable for 12 months at 4°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at 4ºC. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
