Applications	Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections) and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:200, Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10 6 cells in 100ul.
	Immunohistochemistry: Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH6.0 is recommended.
	Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Hybridoma	Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells from NS-O mouse myeloma cell line.

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
