| HT29 cells that produce carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and are human intestinal epithelial cells which produce the secretory component of immunoglobulin A (IgA). These cells are used for tumorigenicity studies. The lysate is a good positive control for keratin 18, keratin 20, the protooncogene cyclin D1. | | | Catalog # | H7949-25 | | Application | Suitable for Western Blot. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Western Blot: 10-20ug per lane for mini gel | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
