ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Not suitable for paraffin. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 50ug/lane total protein. Detects a band at 340kD in lymphoblasts from human controls
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000 3%/0.1% glutaraldehyde paraformaldehyde fixed, frozen tissue, using enzymatic detection
Immunocytochemistry: 3% PFA cells, 5-10 minutes at RT; Permeabilize with Triton X-100
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
