Id3, a 14kD protein that is a member of the Id family of helix-loop-helix proteins, is believed to be a dominant negative regulator of bHLH proteins involved in cell differentiation and implicated in the control of cell growth, cellular differentiation, apoptosis and carcinogenesis

Recommended Dilution
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
