ApplicationsSuitable for use in ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Indirect Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 1:1000. A single band at ~130kD was detected using homogenate from cells expressing hiNOS.
Indirect Immunofluorescence: 1:1000-1:5000
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen. not recommended for paraffin sections
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, PBS. Aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
