SpecificityAssay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Rabbit Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Human IgG or Human IgM. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other Human heavy or light chain isotypes.
