Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA (Capture): 1:10,000-1:100,000. 1ug of Human IgA using S7973-97A Streptavidin (HRP) and A0030 ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specificity	Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Human IgG or IgM. Specificity was confirmed at less than 1% against other human heavy or light chain isotypes by ELISA.
