Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 1:2000 to 1:4000. Assayed against 1ug of mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specificity	Single precipitin arc against anti-phosphatase, anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgA and mouse serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other mouse heavy and light chain isotypes.
