Applications	Suitable for use in Immunoblot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 1:3000-1:44,000. 1.0ug of Canine IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C as an undiluted liquid for 12 months. Dilute only prior to immediate use. DO NOT FREEZE. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
