Applications	Suitable for use in Immunoblot, ELISA, immunomicroscopy and immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 1:16,000-1:80,000; 1.0ug of Chicken IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA with Streptavidin (HRP) (S7973-97A) and ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Biotin/Protein Ratio	10-20 BAC molecules per Rabbit IgG Fab molecule
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
