Applications	Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 1:20,000-1:200,000. Use 1ug of equine IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
	Optimal dilutions should be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specificity	Recognizes equine IgG, Fc. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, equine IgG, equine IgG F(c) and equine serum. No reaction was observed against equine IgG F(ab’)2.
