SourceHuman
Concentration~1mg/ml (after reconstitution)
FormSupplied as a powder lyophilized from a solution containing PBS, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide, and 10mg/ml IgG and protease free bovine serum albumin (BSA). Labeled with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC; MW= 390 kD). Reconstitute with 1ml deionized water.
PurityPurified by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
ImmunogenHuman (lambda light chain)
SpecificityAssay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein and anti-Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
