Applications	Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 1:1000-1:5000. In a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specificity	Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum. No reaction was observed
against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.
