Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a monomeric immunoglobulin, built of two heavy chains gamma and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites. It is the most abundant immunoglobulin and is approximately equally distributed in blood and in tissue liquids, constituting 75% of serum immunoglobulins in humans. IgG molecules are synthesized and secreted by plasma B cells.

Recommended Dilutions	Indirect ELISA (Titer): 1:100,000
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
