Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Texas Red® conjugates are sensitive to light.

ImmunogenMouse IgG, IgA, and IgM whole molecules
SpecificityRecognizes mouse IgG, IgA, IgM. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum. No reaction was observed against anti-goat IgG F(c), anti-pepsin or human serum proteins. This product is suitable for the detection of all human immunoglobulin classes, isotypes and chain combinations.
