Recommended DilutionsWestern Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000
ELISA: 1:4000-1:50,000. Assayed against 1ug goat IgG in a standard capture ELISA using TMB as a substrate 30 minutes at RT.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.

SpecificityRecognizes goat IgG, Fc. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, goat IgG, goat IgG F(c) and goat serum. No reaction was observed against goat IgG F(abí)2.
