ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunomicroscopy. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionELISA: 1:60,000 to 1:250,000, Assayed against 1ug of human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 min at RT.
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

SpecificityRecognizes human IgG F(abí)2 fragment. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti goat serum, human IgG, human IgG F(abí)2 and human serum. No reaction was observed against human IgG F(c).
