Applications	Suitable for Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
	Recommended Dilution:
	ELISA: 1:30,000-1:150,000. Assayed against 1ug of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
	Storage and Stability:
	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
