SpecificityAssay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-goat serum, rabbit IgG, rabbit IgG F(c) and rabbit serum. No reaction was observed against rabbit IgG F(ab’)2.
