Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 1:500-1:3000 Use pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. Specificity	Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-goat serum, rabbit IgG, rabbit IgG F(c) and rabbit serum. No reaction was observed against rabbit IgG F(ab’)2.
