Applications	Suitable for use in immunoblot (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 1:20,000 to 1:80,000 Standard ELISA.
	Western Blot:1:2000 to 1:10,000
	Immunohistochemistry: 1:500 to 1:2500.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
