This product has been assayed against 1ug of Rabbit IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 12,500 to 1:10,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended DilutionsELISA: 1:2000-1:10,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000
Western Blot: 1:500-1:2500
Storage and StabilityStore product at 4°C. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

SpecificityRecognizes rabbit IgG. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG, Rabbit IgG F(c) and Rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against Rabbit IgG F(abí)2 or Human Serum Proteins.
