Applications	Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 1:60,000-1:300,000. Use ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
	Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Immunogen	Human IgG gamma chain.
Specificity	Recognizes human IgG. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, human IgG and human serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
