Applications	Suitable for Immunoblot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions	ELISA: 1:20,000 to 1:200,000 using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
	Western Blot: 1:20,000 to 1:200,000
	Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:5000
	Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specificity	Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgG, Rat IgG F(c) and Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Rat IgG F(ab’)2 or Bovine, Horse, Human Serum Proteins.
