ApplicationsSuitable for Immunoblot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionsELISA: 1:20,000 to 1:200,000 using ABTS (2,2í-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Western Blot: 1:20,000 to 1:200,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:5000
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

SpecificityAssay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgG, Rat IgG F(c) and Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Rat IgG F(abí)2 or Bovine, Horse, Human Serum Proteins.
