Applications	Suitable for Immunoblot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions	ELISA: 1:1000 to 1:5000 using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specificity	Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgG, Rat IgG Fc and Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Rat F(ab’)2 or Bovine, Horse, and Human Serum Proteins.
