Recommended Dilutions	ELISA: 1:1000 to 1:5000 using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
	Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	Store at 4°C. Do not freeze. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
