Applications	Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 1:1000-1:4000. 1.0ug of Porcine IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	Store at 4°C. Do Not Freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
