Recommended DilutionsELISA: 1:500 to 1:2,000; using p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

SpecificityAssay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-rabbit serum, sheep IgG, sheep IgG F(abí)2 and sheep serum. No reaction was observed against sheep IgG F(c).
