| The most common feature of plasmacytomas, and certain non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas is the restricted expression of a single heavy chain class. Demonstration of clonality in lymphoid infiltrates indicates that the infiltrate is clonal and therefore malignant. Useful in the identification of leukemias, plasmacytomas, and certain non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas. | | | Catalog # | I1904-65A1 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilutions | Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:500-1:1000 for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin/paraffin tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Positive Control | Tonsil | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
