Recommended DilutionImmunofluorescence Microscopy: 1:500- 1:2500.

Emission Wavelength 620nm.
Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio3.3 moles Texas Red per mole of Rabbit IgG.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Texas Red conjugates are sensitve to light.

SpecificityAssay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-rabbit serum and mouse serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.
