Recommended Dilutions
ELISA: 1:10,000-1:40,000, assayed against 1ug of mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 min at RT.
Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher.
Biotin/Protein Ratio 10-20 BAC molecules per goat IgG molecule
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C .Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-goat serum, mouse IgG, mouse IgG F(ab’)2 and mouse serum. Does not crossreact with anti-pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c), mouse IgGF(c). Species Crossreactivity: Does not crossreact with bovine, equine, human, rabbit, rat and sheep serum proteins.
