Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.

ImmunogenMouse IgG1 heavy chain
SpecificityReconizes mouse IgG1. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. Crossreactivity with mouse IgG2b and IgG3 is negligible, <0.5%. Crossreactivity with mouse IgG2a and IgM is minimal.
