ImmunogenMouse IgG2a heavy chain
SpecificityRecognizes mouse IgG2a. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. Specificty was confirmed by ELISA. Typically less than 1% crossreactivity was observed against other mouse heavy chain isotypes.
