Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 1:20,000 to 1:100,000 using ABTS as substrate for 30 min at RT.

	Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000
	Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specificity	Recognizes mouse IgG2b. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. Specificty was confirmed by ELISA. Less than 1% crossreactivity was observed against other mouse heavy chain isotypes.
