Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Form	Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Biotin Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Rabbit IgG molecule. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile, ddH2O or sterile 40-50% glycerol.
Purity	Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Immunogen	Mouse IgG3 heavy chain.
Specificity	Recognizes mouse IgG3. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. Specificty was confirmed by ELISA. Less than 1% crossreactivity was observed against other Mouse heavy chain isotypes.
