Insulin is produced by the B-cells of the pancreatic islets. This insulin antibody can be used for the diagnosis of pancreatic B-cell tumors.

Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 1:50
	Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and paraffin without proteolytic treatment): 1:50 using the Indirect method. Dilute immediately before use with PBS or TRIS.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
