| The Insulin-like 3 (INSL3) precursor is cleaved into 2 chains; Insulin-like 3 B and Insulin-like 3 A. The protein is a heterodimer of a B chain and an A chain linked by two disulfide bonds. INSL3 is expressed in prenatal and postnatal Leydig cells as well in the corpus luteum, trophoblast, fetal membranes and breast. | | | Catalog # | I7660-85B | | Applications | | | Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
