The Insulin-like 3 (INSL3) precursor is cleaved into 2 chains; Insulin-like 3 B and Insulin-like 3 A. The protein is a heterodimer of a B chain and an A chain linked by two disulfide bonds. INSL3 is expressed in prenatal and postnatal Leydig cells as well in the corpus luteum, trophoblast, fetal membranes and breast.

Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 1-2ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin and formalin): 1-2ug/ml

Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
