Western Blot: 1:500
Immunoprecipitation: 10ul of antibody is sufficient to precipitate alpha 1/beta 1 from 5x10e6 cells.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:250 (Acetone fixed sections).
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

SpecificityRecognizes rat Integrin alpha1. Specificity determined by Immunoprecipitation from a detergent extract of 35S methionine labeled neuroblastoma cells. The epitope recognized is found in the cytoplasmic domain of the protein which is intracellular. No crossreactivity to alpha 2, alpha 3, alpha 4, alpha 5, alpha 6 or alpha V integrin subunits. Species Crossreactivity: Human, mouse, hamster, equine, sheep and chicken.
