OX-62 antigen, shown to be rat alpha E2 integrin, which is expressed by dendritic epidermal T cells, intraepithelial lymphocytes in the small intestine and by cells of dendritic morphology in lymphoid organs, at sites where gamma delta T cells are present.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen), and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionFlow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul

HybridomaNSO myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
