Specificity	Recognizes an antigen expressed by some rat dendritic cells and by gamma delta T cells. The OX-62 antigen has recently been cloned and shown to be the rat alpha E2 integrin, which is expressed by dendritic epidermal T cells, intraepithelial lymphocytes in the small intestine and by cells of dendritic morphology present at sites where gamma delta T cells occur in lymphoid organs.
