Integrin alpha 3, also known as CD49c and VLA-3 alpha, is a type I membrane protein that heterodimerizes with Integrin beta 1. Alpha 3 beta 1 is a cell surface adhesion molecule that functions as a receptor for laminin, fibronectin, collagen, epiregulin, thrombospondin and chondroitan sulfate proteoglycan 4. The extracellular domains of human and mouse Integrin 3 share approximately 87% amino acid sequence homology.

Recommended Dilution	Flow Cytometry: 10ul per 10e5cells

	Storage and Stability:
	May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing APC conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
