| The Integrin alphaV (CD51) subunit is a transmembrane protein that associates with Integrin Beta1 (CD29), Beta5, and Beta6 subunits. Integrin alphaVBeta3 heterodimers are expressed by melanoma cells, endothelial cells, and osteoclasts, and at very low levels by platelets. The complex mediates adhesion to fibrinogen, fibronectin, vitronectin, and thrombospondin. | | | Catalog # | I7661-37E8 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
