Integrin, beta 3 (Platelet Glycoprotein IIIa, Antigen CD61), Platelet Fibrinogen Receptor beta Subunit

b3-Integrins contain receptors for vitronectin, fibrinogen, and Von Willebrands factor and, in some instances fibronectin. The b3-Integrin subunit is a common subunit protein for this integrin family. The aIIb-Integrin subunit is a specific marker for platelets and megakaryocytes and can be utilized for this purpose in various immunological techniques. Monoclonal antibodies against the b3-Integrin subunits and the aIIb-Integrin subunit can be used in immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation and immunostaining experiments.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
