Applications	ELISA Detection: Useful as a capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying mouse IFNg protein levels. Biotinylated antibody should be paired with a suitable purified antibody as the capture antibody, with purified recombinant human IFNg as the standard.
	Western Blot: Useful for Western blot applications. For Western blotting, a concentration of 1-5ug/ml (in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig) has been found to enable detection of 100ng/lane of recombinant mouse IFNg under reducing conditions.
	Immunofluorescence/Flow Cytometry: Useful for intracytoplasmic staining and flow cytometric analysis to identify and enumerate IFNg-positive cells within mixed cell populations.4-6 Recombinant mouse IFNg or Rat IgG1 should be used as a specificity control.
Recommended Dilution	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
