Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA: (direct ELISA), using 100ul/well antibody solution. use at a concentration of 0.15-0.30ng/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2ng/well.
	Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hIFN-g is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
